You will study the principles of project management, business finance, operations management, advanced project management and resource integration. These skills and knowledge gained will be used as you complete an industry project. The project management expertise you will gain on this programme aligns with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), as defined by the Project Management Institute and is an internationally recognised standard.
Note: If you complete one additional course Product Development (AMPD700), provided you complete the Resource Integration (AMRI700) as your elective, you will graduate with two graduate diplomas, the Graduate Diploma in Operations and Production Management and the Graduate Diploma in Project Management, provided that your industry project reflects both fields of study.
