About the course

The Design, Computation, and Fabrication graduate certificate program provides the unique platform of various nature and practice of computation in architectural design, and the ways that design meaning, intentions, and knowledge are constructed through computational thinking, representing, sensing, making, and to consider the social and cultural implication of our positions. Design, Computation, and Fabrication students are expected to acquire both the technical skills and the theoretical and conceptual foundations to rethink and challenge the limits of current design processes. How to apply

Entry requirements for Texas Tech University

International applicants must provide original language documents and English translations. If the documents are not provided in English, an official English translation of all transcripts/ individual semester mark sheets is required. The Office of Graduate Admissions will not accept a public notary certification. If

　　official English translations are not supplied by the applicant's institution(s), the applicant must provide a translation done by an American Translators association-certified translator.

　　If admitted, the applicant will be required to submit official transcripts, diplomas/degree certificates, and test scores by the twelfth class day of the term to which the applicant is admitted.

　　Original or Certified Copies of All College and University Transcripts - Include mark sheets, examination results, etc. An official English translation is required. If the degree is not complete when the application is made, six semesters or three years of course work are required.

　　The minimum TOEFL score required is 550 (paper-based version) or 79 (internet-based version). The TOEFL score must be received directly from the Educational Testing Service.The minimum IELTS required score is an overall band score of 6.5 on the Academic version.
