About the course
Astrophysics activities at Georgia Tech are devoted to interdisciplinary research and education linking astrophysics, astroparticle physics, cosmology, numerical relativity, and gravitational wave physics. Research focuses on extreme astrophysics such as mergers of black holes and neutron stars, central engines of active galactic nuclei, gamma ray bursts, and the sources of the highest energy neutrinos. How to apply
Entry requirements for Georgia Institute of Technology
The GRE Physics Test is required for applicants from outside the U.S. Official scores must be sent directly from ETS. If you have not taken it by January of the year in which you seek Fall admission, then your application will not be reviewed. The minimum score for the GRE Physics Test is 640, but we do show some flexibility for special cases. The TOEFL minimum is 106 and official scores must be sent directly from ETS.
