About the course

The Robert H. Smith School of Business offers doctoral degrees in nine areas of specialization within six departments At the Robert H. Conducts research ranging from highly quantitative models of market behavior to experimental studies of consumer behavior and decision making. Please note that the quantitative marketing area of specialization requires their doctoral students to complete the graduate-level microeconomics sequence and econometrics sequence at UMD's Department of Economics. Applicants should have completed the equivalent of three semesters of calculus, a semester of linear algebra, and a semester in differential equations.
