Have earned a U.S. bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution.Have earned a 3.0 or better GPA in the last 60 hours of baccalaureate coursework (for applicants with less than a master’s degree).Graduates of institutions in which the primary language is not English must provide results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
