About the course

The development patterns and property types introduced by post-war suburbanization in North America, and now expanded around the globe, providing access to the “American Dream” for generations. They also produced a range of unintended consequences – including traffic, high energy and water consumption, poor public health, declining affordability, and rising rates of suburban poverty. Entry requirements for Georgia Institute of Technology

You will be asked to provide the email contact information for 3 recommenders. Your recommenders will receive an automated email asking that they complete an online letter of recommendation for you. A copy of your transcript from each college attended since high school to be uploaded with your application (These may be unofficial copies. If admitted, you will be required to provide official copies.). Scores of Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) for applicants whose first language is other than English(online). The paper-based minimum is 577 and internet-based is 90, with minimum section scores of 19 or higher on each skill area. Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores (online). The program looks for GRE scores of 600 or better (on each of the general tests unless a student’s record documents substantial professional or scholarly achievement as evidence of exceptional ability). IELTS exam - Overall score minimum of 7, with minimum section scores for reading 6.5, listening 6.5, speaking 6.5 and writing 5.5.
