About the course

The Agricultural and Environmental Chemistry graduate group is the oldest interdepartmental graduate group at UC Davis and is renowned for its multidisciplinary approach to research in applied chemistry. In addition to the many research opportunities available, students in the group can also take advantage of an enormous breadth of classes in basic and applied chemistry and in related areas. Students and faculty in our group use chemistry to solve important societal problems. Students gain advanced knowledge of analytical, organic, physical, inorganic, or biological chemistry, as well as the qualitative and quantitative skills necessary for professional research and teaching in pesticide and toxicant chemistry, food/meat/dairy chemistry, fiber and polymer chemistry, and enzymatic reactions and fermentation chemistry. Entry requirements for University of California - Davis

A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) from the institution where you have earned or will earn your bachelor's degree.
