About the course

All DMA programs consist of performance requirements (lessons, two recitals, one lecture recital), and coursework in the following areas: performance preparation, historical perspective, and a cognate field. Further requirements: comprehensive examinations in the major and cognate areas, and a final scholarly document or project CCM graduates follow careers in every facet of the performing arts and entertainment industries. CCM alumni perform as soloists, pursue careers in chamber music and hold positions in ensembles around the globe, including those in major symphony orchestras, opera companies, military bands, jazz combos and much more. Entry requirements for University of Cincinnati

Obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree (3.2 minimum GPA) from an English-speaking university, or a passing score of level 112 at an English Language School (ELS).
