About the course

The Operations stream of Academia’s Diploma of Hospitality Management includes a six-month placement of a paid or unpaid internship in the hospitality industry as part of the total 1.5 year course duration. The Operation stream includes:

　　Campus-based (non-kitchen) training for one year (two six-month semesters)

　　One semester (six months) of training in various hospitality industry related work places

　　Total course duration is 1.5 years (6 x 10-week terms)
