Prepare to support children, youth, families, and communities. This program provides opportunities to explore unique and specialized areas including diversity, advocacy, mental health, policy, trauma-informed and reflective practice within the Child and Youth Care field. Through hands on experiences such as research projects and practicums, you will learn to integrate the Child and Youth Care Competencies into your professional practice. Support the social and emotional wellbeing of young people, including Indigenous children and youth.
