The Pastry Arts program is a quality, professionally oriented course of study designed for students wishing to enter and/or advance in the field of pastry arts. Students are taught to master the fundamentals and techniques of baking and pastry arts with emphasis on hands-on preparation of breads, cakes and pastries. Entry requirements for College of Southern Nevada

High school transcripts or diploma must be submitted in English in order to verify successful completion of U.S. equivalent academic program. High school transcripts or diploma must include the date of graduation. Accredited GED, HiSET, TASC or college or university transcripts are also accepted. IELTS- 6, Ibt- 61, PBT- 500.
