About the course
This qualification provides you with the skills and knowledge to be competent in a wide range of general Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and to support small to medium enterprises (SMEs). The course will equip you with broad skill base in problem solving, cyber security requirements, basic networking, ICT support, testing, database development, programming, and web development.
To achieve the Certificate IV in Information Technology you need to complete the 7 CORE units and 13 ELECTIVE units.
There will be two elective options offered under this generic qualification:
Network Administration
Programming and Web Applications
