About the course

The Cybersecurity Management certificate program is designed for students seeking knowledge that will prepare them for careers in the management of cybersecurity and information security. Students will learn to oversee and manage information security, security awareness, training, policy, and procedures, and allocating strategic sources such as personnel, infrastructure, requirements, policy enforcement, emergency planning, and other resources.

　　The certificate program requires completion of four graduate courses in topics such as cybersecurity technologies, information system security management, vulnerability analysis and control, and incident response disaster recovery. Students may apply credits earned in the certificate program toward a graduate degree.
