Bricklayers and restorative stone masons are in-demand. If you're detail-oriented, creative and enjoy hands-on work, this program is for you.

　　Learn how to safely prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks and stone to construct and repair both decorative and load-bearing structures, such as walls, partitions, patios, arches, paving, fireplaces, smokestacks and chimneys. Entry requirements for Nova Scotia Community College

High School Graduate Diploma or equivalent.

　　International English Language Testing Systems (IELTS Academic Test) ? minimum score of 6.0 on each test (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).

　　Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) ? minimum test scores of 80 on the Internet-Based Test (TOEFL? iBT), 60 on the Paper-Delivered Test, or 550 on the Paper-Based Test.
