Our BScEcon Economics and Finance is designed to equip you with practical skills and professional confidence for successful careers in banks, think tanks and financial and consultancy firms or in preparation for postgraduate study and research. You’ll develop quantitative and empirical research skills from our team of international researchers and professional economists. They’ll introduce you to the challenges facing global financial markets with real-world examples while encouraging you to consider the social, economic and ethical implications of your professional behaviour. Entry requirements for Cardiff University
Typical International Baccalaureate offer - IB 34-32 including 6 in Maths at HL, or 665-655 in 3 HL subjects including 6 in HL Maths.
Grade C or grade 4 in GCSE English Language.
IELTS - At least 6.5 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each sub-score
TOEFL iBT - At least 90 with minimum scores of 17 for writing, 17 for listening, 18 for reading and 20 for speaking
