About the course
The course is designed to provide both academic and vocational learning structure to equip students with the requisite knowledge, skills and behaviour needed as quantity surveyors to transfer into the world of work. The BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying course at the University of Wolverhampton is designed to give students the necessary skills and knowledge to become a successful professional in this field. This three-year undergraduate course offers elements of theoretical, problem-solving and practical study, all of which are combined to give students an understanding of essential principles in quantity surveying. Students will have access to modern facilities such as laboratories and workshops that allow them to put their learning into practice. Taught by experienced industry professionals, you’ll also have the full support of our university staff.

GCSE Maths at grade C+/4. No equivalences are accepted. 96 UCAS points
A Levels - grades CCC / BCD
BTEC L3 Extended Diploma or OCR Cambridge L3 Technical Extended Diploma - grades MMM
Access to HE Diploma: 45 L3 credits at Merit
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in any component. Test of English as a Foreign Language) TOEFL - 79 overall with no less than 19 in all four skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
