About the course
With our BSc Mathematics with Business Management challenge yourself as you study a wide range of subject areas, developing your critical thinking and independent learning skills. As you progress, you'll discover how mathematics is an integral part of our everyday lives. During your studies at Birmingham, you'll learn to apply analytical, statistical and computational skills to formulate, analyse and solve mathematical problems - and crucially, effectively communicate your solution. Preparing you for a career in high-level management, you will also spend a third of your course in the Birmingham Business School, studying the theory and practice of running a business, including economics, marketing and finance. You'll leave equipped with highly sought after skills, easily standing out in a highly competitive job market and ready to confidently take on your chosen career. Entry requirements for University of Birmingham
TOEFL - 80 overall with no less than 19 in Reading, 19 in Listening, 21 in Speaking and 19 in Writing , IELTS - 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in any band
International Baccalaureate Diploma: 6,6,6 at Higher Level, including Mathematics, with a minimum of 32 points overall.

Typical offer:
AAA including Mathematics or AAB with an A in Mathematics and grade 2 in any STEP paper.
Required subjects and grades:
A level Mathematics or Further Mathematics. Please note that we view A level Mathematics and A level Further Mathematics as two separate subjects.
General Studies not accepted, but a grade A may be considered if you fail to meet your offer.
