A distinctive feature of this course is the core module ‘Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions’, which gives you a fundamental understanding of theories relevant to successful international tourism management.
Field trips are an integral part of the course, and previous destinations have included New York, Paris, Barcelona, and Prague. We accept a maximum of 6 points from Level 3 Key Skills qualifications.
We also require three passes at GCSE grade C or above, which must include Mathematics and English Language, or a minimum of Level 2 Key Skills in Communication and Application of Number. If you have studied for a GCSE which has a numerical grade then you will need to achieve a grade 4 or above.
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - You need an overall score of 6.0, with at least 5.5 or higher in each component: reading, writing, listening and speaking. An alternative approved Secure English Language Test (SELT) will also be accepted if the applicant’s element scores are equivalent to those required for IELTS.
