About the course

Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors are an integral part of the construction industry. This degree develops your understanding in managing costs and contracts from early design plans through to completion, ensuring that projects meet requirements, that commercial risks are managed effectively, and that clients obtain good value for money. Our Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying degree is linked to real-life construction problems, allowing you to develop important professional skills such as analytical thinking, teamwork, presenting, project management and report writing. These will enable you to pursue a career as a professional Commercial Manager, Quantity Surveyor, or another specialist career path. 　　IB:32 (5,5,5 HL) with 4 at SL Maths

　　BTEC:BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in a relevant subject: DDM

　　GCSE:GCSE Maths Grade C/4

　　IELTS: 6.5 Overall with 6.0 in each individual element.

　　TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 92, with not less than 22 in each test
