About the course
This programme is a one year add-on degree programme designed for students who wish to build on previous learning. It is both a qualification in its own right and a stepping stone to the Level 8 (Honours) Degree in Accounting & Finance. It is designed for students who wish to pursue careers in professional accountancy, finance, management, banking and the financial services industry.
The programme offers students a contemporary approach to accounting and finance, focusing on the exploration of key practical and theoretical issues in accounting, auditing, management accounting, taxation, company law and people management. It also allows students to develop highly desirable transferable skills including analytical thinking and problem-solcing skills as well as enabling you to think logically and quantitatively.
