About the course

The David O. McKay School of Education includes five departments, all of which prepare professionals to provide education and other developmental services for preschool through adult learners. All departments and programs emphasize a balance of academic learning and on-site classroom, clinical, or administrative experience. As special educators, we strive to emulate the work of the Master Teacher, Jesus Christ, who performed miracles for the blind, the deaf, and the poor in spirit. We combine the best of science and faith to help all students learn critical social, emotional, and academic skills.
