About the course

The Inclusion and Accessibility program is designed for those interested in working with students and adults with disabilities in a variety of settings. The focus is on understanding disability and disability policy broadly, along with 9 credits in 3 of the following areas: Autism Spectrum Disorders, Deaf History and Culture, Transition to Post-Secondary Environments, and an International Focus in Disability. This major is for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in non-profit, for-profit, governmental agencies, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that provide services to children and adults with disabilities (Transition Specialist, Job Coach, Line Therapist, Residential Service Provider, international aid agency, etc.).
