About the course

The Bachelor of Science in Physics Research provides the necessary background for those planning to become professional physicists. The requirements listed below ensure adequate depth and breadth of subject matter in both theoretical and experimental physics and mathematics. This major covers a wide breadth of subject matter, in both theoretical and experimental physics. Students engage in topics such as quantum mechanics, electricity and magnetism, and laboratory courses such as optics or electronics. The Physics Research Major is an excellent preparation for future graduate work.
