About the course

Marine science is a field that studies various aspects of oceans as well as coastal or inland waters to explore interaction of biology, earth and atmospheric sciences. Some of the specialties can include marine physics, chemical oceanography, marine meteorology, geological oceanography, biological oceanography and others. Marine science graduates typically find employment with state and federal agencies as research assistants. Universities also employ graduates as research a assistants/technicians. Entry requirements for North Carolina State University - Raleigh
