About the course

Hotel and hospitality management is the application of management concepts in the areas of accommodation, dining, event management, and guest services. This includes everything from the largest hotel or casino to the smallest cafe. Across all of these types of businesses the primary goal of hospitality management remains the same: to ensure each and every guest enjoys the same flawless experience from start to finish. There are a wide range of functions and responsibilities within hospitality management needed to ensure the best possible guest experience: food and beverage management, events management, club management, casino management, hotel revenue management, hotel investment management, human resource management, marketing and sales management, and financial management.

UNH offers a small college feel with the resources and opportunities of a research university. Paul College is accredited by AACSB?the gold standard for business schools world-wide.
