Fruit and Vegetable Production focuses on the production, distribution, and marketing of fruits and vegetables for local consumption and commercial markets. It offers a wide variety of employment opportunities and competitive salaries. Students completing this curriculum are prepared for careers in local and commercial production of fruits and vegetables, marketing, quality control, purchasing, research, and technical product research and sales.
