About the course

Advancing the dairy industry The Dairy Foods Management program will provide students with knowledge and hands-on training for careers in the dairy industry. Students will study the processing and merchandising of milk and milk products, from creating new products to marketing of current products. Learn about ways to improve and enhance the safety and quality of dairy products, product improvement and development, economics, distribution, sales and marketing and other fields related to dairy processing. The Dairy Foods Management program is part of the U of I/WSU School of Food Science, students will gain hands-on experience working at the WSU Creamery, home of the world-famous Cougar Gold cheese. How to apply

Entry requirements for University of Idaho

Undergraduate applicants who have no previous work at the post-secondary level must have at least a 2.5 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) from a secondary school.

　　Official secondary school transcripts showing subjects, marks received and graduation date. If you have not yet graduated from secondary school, a transcript showing all completed work may be accepted for early admission.

　　TOEFL iBT - 70, TOEFL PBT - 525, IELTS - 6.0

　　SAT critical reading minimum score of 500 (SAT Taken Prior to March 2016)
