Earth matters. A changing environment needs highly educated people who can address both scientific and societal challenges. Nova Southeastern University?s B.S. in Environmental Science program prepares you to help solve the problems created by the impact of human activity on the environment. You?ll gain a comprehensive knowledge of earth?s physical, chemical and biotic systems. Field studies. Internships. Visits to local ecosystems. NSU is located in an epicenter of biodiversity and development. You?ll experience biology and sociology come alive as you struggle to find solutions to local and global problems. In addition to courses in Everglades ecology, chemistry and environmental law, you can explore electives that delve into cell biology, biodiversity and geographical information systems. How to apply

Entry requirements for Nova Southeastern University

Submit Secondary School/Post-Secondary Credentials. You will need to send original or certified copies of your home country?s credentials as part of your application. You must also submit a copy of any terminating or qualifying examination results or certificates if applicable. Students who have earned CXC or O-level certificates, HSC, BGCSE and CAPE must provide five passing scores in academic subjects and proof of secondary school completion.

　　Proof of graduation from a U.S. regionally-accredited high school. College transcript with one English Composition One course at a U.S. regionally-accredited college with a grade of C or better.

　　Proof of English language proficiency with a passing score on one of the following:

　　Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): 79 on the Internet-based test.

　　International English Language Testing System (IELTS*): 6.0 or higher on the test module.

　　SAT verbal scores of 520 or above, or ACT English score of 20.
