Computer Engineering Technology (CET) is a technological field requiring the application of scientific and engineering knowledge and methods, combined with technical skills, in support of computer activities. A computer engineering technologist is a person who is knowledgeable in computer hardware and software theory and design and who can apply them to a variety of industrial and consumer problems. Entry requirements for Minnesota State University - Mankato
Must provide proof of completion of secondary education (generally 12 years) and be eligible into the universities in their home countries.
TOEFL iBT (internet-based test) score of 61 or better
IELTS academic test score of 5.5 or better
TOEFL PBT (paper-based test) score of 500 or better
Admission to Major. Admission to the college is necessary before enrolling in 300- and 400-level courses. Minimum college requirements are:
A minimum of 32 earned semester credit hours.
A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00 (“C”).
