About the course

Chemistry is commonly considered to be the central science. So much of our modern life is based in chemistry that most people take it for granted that new technologies will always be available. However, without new discoveries in chemistry there would be no new medicines, pesticides, or consumer electronics. The five-year Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Master of Education in Secondary Education program with Teacher Certification in Secondary Education is a combined program between the College of Science and Technology and the College of Education.
