About the course

The Bachelor of Science degree in Biology is for students who are interested in pursuing an in-depth specialization as a biologist or wish to pursue a medical or health care career.

　　The Organismal Biology concentration allows students to examine organisms in their natural environment and address fundamental principles of survival and adaptation in discrete micro-environments and entire ecosystems. While basic concepts of biological and chemical functions are covered, the focus of this concentration is comprehensive aspects of the whole organism. How to apply

Entry requirements for Kent State University

New freshmen applicants must finish secondary school in their home country by the time of enrollment to be eligible for university (comparable to the completion of senior high school in the U.S.).

　　Secondary School Transcripts/detailed mark sheets (Certified English translation and original language)

　　TOEFL iBT - 71 iBT, TOEFL pBT - 525 (discontinued as of July 2017), 18 average of Revise PBT.

　　IELTS - 6.0

　　Freshmen should meet the minimum requirement of GPA ? 2.5 on a U.S. 4.0 scale.
