If you are drawn to the life sciences and have varied interests, you will find the Biological Sciences major (or minor) an excellent choice. Whether your interest lies in animal, plant, or human life, this degree is designed to provide a broad view of the life sciences and allows for customization and flexibility with courses and program direction.

　　The Bachelor of Science General degree offers a wide variety of majors and minors, allowing you to create a diversified degree based on your interests. Majors must be in Science, but minors can also be from courses offered by Arts, Business, or Agriculture, Life and Environmental Sciences. You can also take a double major in Science.

Entry requirements for University of Alberta

Admission is based on your complete academic history and achievement in three main areas: your grades, your English proficiency, and completion of required subjects.TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) When requesting TOEFL scores - iBT: At least 90 with a minimum score of 21 points in each section.
