About the course

Bioengineers who graduate from Lehigh University go on to work in established and emerging fields such as healthcare, biomedicine, pharmaceuticals, biomaterials and other biotechnology-related industries. They use engineering applications to address and solve challenges in the fields of biology and medicine and create usable, tangible products. Many develop and evaluate systems and devices that solve medical and health-related problems, such as artificial organs, prostheses, instrumentation, medical information systems and health management and care delivery systems. How to apply

Entry requirements for Lehigh University

Applicants must be completing or have completed the equivalent of 12 years of education (primary and secondary) or the program of study that leaves them eligible for admission to university-level study in the educational system in which they are enrolled. For example, students who are completing or who have only completed O level or GCSE/IGCSE study are not eligible to apply and should do so when they are completing the final year of A level study, or the equivalent.
