About the course

Horticulture is the science, artistry, business and technology used to produce specialty crops for food and the beautification of the environment. Horticulture connects people to the environment, from greenhouses, laboratories and landscapes, to global food security and eco-awareness. You will study how to create and maintain a beautiful, sustainable environment in which to live, work and play.

　　The turf management option prepares students for production and management of turfgrass in diverse settings including golf courses, landscapes and roadsides.

　　The turf management option prepares you for careers in turfgrass management or advanced studies in turfgrass science by providing a strong foundation in science, plant science, communications and mathematics to provide creative problem-solving skills. How to apply

Entry requirements for Oklahoma State University

All international applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the English language by submitting IELTS Academic (International English Language Testing System) or TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) exam scores. 500 for a paper-based TOEFL or iBT TOEFL Score: 61 OR IELTS Academic Score 5.5 and High School GPA 3.0 (based on a 4.0 scale)
