About the course

The Business School?s Bachelor of Property is a specialist degree that equips you with the skills, mentors and experience for a range of careers in the property sector. You will gain skills and knowledge in marketing, management, valuation, finance and investment, development and building surveying. The programme has strong links to the property industry, and you will develop professional connections right from the start. Through the BProp?s successful buddy programme, you will receive mentorship from a senior property professional and have industry networking opportunities throughout the programme. Our Bachelor of Property graduates are in demand. Our widely recognised programme has strong links to this dynamic and profitable industry, with our graduates going on to some amazing roles. The BProp fulfils the academic requirements for membership of the Valuers Registration Board, Property Institute of New Zealand, Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
