The Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance is a four-year program intended for students who wish to become professional musicians or continue further study in music at the graduate level. The Bachelor of Music program consists of a core curriculum (music theory, aural theory, music history), applied study (lessons, ensembles, piano accompanying, senior recital) and a strong liberal arts foundation. Entry requirements for University of North Florida
Admissions decisions at UNF are rendered based on academic merit. The state of Florida has implemented minimum admission standards for freshman applicants to all Florida public state universities. In order to be considered, students must have a minimum 2.5 recalculated GPA on a 4.0 scale and meet minimum test score requirements.
Regardless of when they graduated from high school, students applying as first-time-in-college (FTIC) applicants are required to submit either SAT, ACT and/or CLT test scores. UNF does not require the essay section of the SAT or ACT.
A minimum TOEFL score of 79 internet-based (550 paper-based or 213 computer-based)
A band score of 6.5 on the University of Cambridge IELTS
