About the course

The UTS Bachelor of Medical Science combines the study of health science with technical, professional and communication-centric subjects taught by leading researchers and medical science practitioners. Graduates emerge ready to create, innovate and implement solutions to pressing medical and health care problems or to progress to postgraduate study in a range of health and science disciplines.

　　Known as the people side of medical science, this major covers pharmacology, immunology, haematology and pathophysiology and their application to critical and emerging areas of the profession. Study personalised medicines, evidence-based medicine processes, and medical devices and diagnostics and emerge ready to deliver new innovations that positively impact human health. How to apply

Entry requirements for University of Technology Sydney

Applicants must have completed an Australian Year 12 qualification, Australian Qualifications Framework Diploma, or equivalent Australian or overseas qualification at the required level.

　　The English proficiency requirement for international students or local applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0, or TOEFL: paper based: 550-583 overall with TWE of 4.5, internet based: 79-93 overall with a writing score of 21, or AE5: Pass
