You’ll learn to link tourism and events with national policy, economic development and environmental and cultural management. Learn from industry experts like Dr Diane Lee, a specialist in the sustainable development of tourism in Australia and developing nations. She will teach you how to plan for and manage tourism initiatives for sustainable outcomes. Combine your degree with a range of minors or study two majors in 3 years and graduate with several specialisations, further enhancing your career prospects. As part of your studies, you’ll take field trips to tourism destinations, and learn to think critically and creatively, apply knowledge and information, and communicate effectively.
