The Bachelor of Health Science (Professional) prepares you for a career promoting physical, psychological and social aspects of health and wellbeing.

  In this hands-on, lab-based major you’ll learn how food affects the world today, exploring areas such as contemporary lifestyle-diseases, food security and sustainability, metabolic and biochemical functions, biological, psychological and cultural factors impacting our food choices, nutrition across lifespans, and digital health.

Entry requirements for Swinburne University of Technology

The Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or its equivalent, such as an interstate Year 12 qualification.

  VCE Units 3 and 4: a minimum study score of 25 in any English (except EAL) or 30 in English as Alternate Language (EAL) or equivalent.

  Swinburne?s English for Academic Purposes (EAP 5 Advanced level) with overall 70%, all skills 65%

  IELTS overall band of 6.5 (Academic Module) with no individual band below 6.0
