About the course

Bachelor of Fine Arts students will more fully develop their personal aesthetic and greater skills in knitwear technology. They will be able to produce garments of increasing complexity and analyze the fit (three dimensionally) of different silhouettes and knit structures. Students will develop a critical eye and a strong aesthetic. The program culminates in students completing both a portfolio and knitwear collection. They will have opportunities to participate in exchange programs in Paris or New Zealand. They will be able to collaborate with fashion students in other areas in their final collection. How to apply

Entry requirements for Academy of Art University

Official high school transcripts and diploma. College transcripts (if applicable) must show the classes/subject, grades, credits, and number of hours completed for each class. You may submit your application for admission before taking the test. More information is available online for TOEFL and for IELTS. While we do not require these scores and do not have a minimum score requirement, you will be evaluated for English language proficiency upon arrival at Academy of Art University.
