About the course
Graphic design is devoted to the development of concepts, knowledge, and skills needed for a career in graphic design and related fields. This degree focuses on the conceptual, visual, and technical skills needed to enter the design profession with confidence. The program offers classes on a broad array of content areas, including brand identity, design thinking, editorial design, interactive design, and typography. Entry requirements for Minnesota State University - Mankato
Must provide proof of completion of secondary education (generally 12 years) and be eligible into the universities in their home countries.
TOEFL iBT (internet-based test) score of 61 or better
IELTS academic test score of 5.5 or better
TOEFL PBT (paper-based test) score of 500 or better
Admission to Major is granted by the department. Minimum University admission requirements are:
a minimum of 32 earned semester credit hours,
a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00 (“C”).
