Photography students have the opportunity to study abroad biannually in different countries, including Iceland, France, and Ireland.
Students enrolled in ART 487 participate in the National For Freedoms Project to create a large-scale public art project, which has taken students to NYC and Los Angeles as well as cities and towns in North Carolina.
The Photography Triplette fund has brought notable artists to give public talks as well as meet one on one with photo students in individualized critiques. Artists include Emmet Gowin, Nina Berman, Abelardo Morell, Rania Matar, Keith Carter, McNair Evans, and many more.
