The Exploratory pre-major affords a tremendous opportunity for students explore, engage and succeed with purpose—confidently declaring their major. . Students benefit from the guidance, advising and support offered in the Exploratory Program. Beginning in a student's first semester, academic advisors partner with students through their exploration process with a personalized Exploratory Plan.

How to apply

Entry requirements for Kent State University

New freshmen applicants must finish secondary school in their home country by the time of enrollment to be eligible for university (comparable to the completion of senior high school in the U.S.).

　　Secondary School Transcripts/detailed mark sheets (Certified English translation and original language)

　　TOEFL iBT - 71 iBT, TOEFL pBT - 525 (discontinued as of July 2017), 18 average of Revise PBT.

　　IELTS - 6.0

　　Freshmen should meet the minimum requirement of GPA ? 2.5 on a U.S. 4.0 scale.
