About the course
Build the foundations for a successful career in health by gaining a solid understanding of the human body and the sciences behind exercise and nutrition. The Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences prepares you to make a real difference to people’s health and wellbeing. You’ll discover the roles that food, exercise and sleep play in our health, the prevention of chronic disease, and sporting performance – gaining the skills and knowledge to pursue a variety of clinical and non-clinical health careers. For students with provisional entry to the Doctor of Medicine, this is a recognised pathway, providing future medical practitioners with a holistic perspective of health through exercise and nutrition, and a solid grounding in biomedical sciences. For domestic students interested in becoming a dietitian, we offer a provisional entry pathway from the Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences into the Master of Dietetics Studies, which guarantees your place in the master's program (subject to requirements).
