About the course

The Bachelor in Computer Information Systems at UFV will give you the skills to become a manager in information technology (IT). Your training will include a mix of theory and hands-on learning in well-equipped labs. By graduation, you'll be a digital problem-solver, armed with a versatile set of analytical and technical skills. In years 1 and 2 of your program, you'll tackle foundational courses. These will give you a broad base of knowledge and skills so that you'll be ready to support single and networked systems. In your final two years, you'll deepen your technical knowledge. How to apply

Entry requirements for University of the Fraser Valley

Applicants must have completed the equivalent of Canadian Grade 12 (Form Six or five O-levels plus at least two A-levels) or near-equivalent standing and specific program prerequisites for admission into any career, technical, or academic program. IELTS (Academic) - score of 6.5 or higher with a minimum band score of 6.0, TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) ? IBT score of 88 with no section below 20, or paper-based score of 570 with a TWE (essay) score of 4.5 or higher.
