With a Bachelor of Business (Business Analytics) you’ll develop the skills essential to making informed evidence-based decisions across a wide range of organisational contexts. New data capture and processing tools require business managers who know how to convert data into information. Analytics is the key to extracting useful and interesting insights from data.

　　The Bachelor of Business (Business Analytics) will make you a data analytics professional, with the knowledge and skills to identify organisational data-related problems. You will practice with analytics tools and techniques to extract, transform, and analyse data to provide evidence-based solutions for competitive advantage. You will interpret big data and use it to build and test business models, and communicate with a wider audience.

　　Ethical practice is critical while dealing with sensitive data. The Bachelor of Business (Business Analytics) will broaden your ability to manage and critique contemporary issues in business analytics including ethics, data sovereignty and governance, privacy, acquisition and processing.

Entry requirements for Massey University

To be admitted to an undergraduate qualification, you will need a minimum level of academic achievement from school, or another university or tertiary institution. The specific level depends on which country or region of the world you are from.

　　High School graduation certificate, Evidence of English Language proficiency, applicants educated outside of New Zealand are required to provide translated copies of their documentation, and may be asked to obtain a report from the Educational Credentials Evaluators to determine equivalency of their academic records.
