About the course

Ensures students are highly skilled in molecular biology and genetics, including bioinformatics. The major includes a strong focus on laboratory skills and analysis, as well as up-to-date lectures incorporating the latest developments in genetics research ensures that students are well prepared to find employment in a range of laboratory and other scientific positions.

　　Apply broad theoretical and practical knowledge of the science of Genetics in diverse laboratory and non-laboratory environments.

　　Think critically to analyse, interpret and synthesise information about the science of Genetics to identify and solve problems with independence.
