Our Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Youth and Children?s Studies uses this question as the basis for exploration into the cultures of childhood and adolescence. If you are wondering how you can engage with children and youth to make a positive change, Youth and Children's Studies will give you information, research strategies and analytical skills to succeed.
You?ll also take relevant courses in History, Psychology, Community Health, Criminology and English, and graduate with a deep understanding of the issues affecting the lives of young people in the past and the present, in North America and around the world.

Entry requirements for Wilfrid Laurier University
Applicants who are completing the IB Diploma will be considered for admission upon presenting passes with an acceptable standing in a minimum of six subjects, three of which must be at the higher level. The minimum total score requirement is 24. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Internet-based testing (TOEFL iBT): an overall score of 83 or higher with a minimum score of 20 in each component. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) An academic score of 6.5 or higher with a minimum of 6.0 in each band.
