About the course
The five-year Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Master of Science in Physics is a combined program within the College of Science and Technology. This program allows a talented student to obtain both a bachelor's and a master's degree in five years. Physics is the study of the natural world and all its phenomena at the most fundamental level. The field of physics includes a broad range of sub-specialties, such as the study of subatomic particles, the study of the properties of nuclei, atoms, macroscopic systems, as well as the study of the structure and origin of the universe itself. The five-year Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Master of Science in Physics is a combined program within the College of Science and Technology. This program allows a talented student to obtain both a bachelor's and a master's degree in five years. A physics major may apply for the program during the junior or senior year.
