About the course

This accelerated plan of study provides a pathway to earning two powerful credentials, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science, in just five years. This Bachelor's/Master's program is designed to enable New Paltz students majoring in a program that includes at least 12 credits of free electives to complete the MS degree in one year. Students in this program begin taking graduate courses during the senior year, earning 12 graduate credits by the time they complete their Bachelor's degree. How to apply

Entry requirements for SUNY New Paltz

The basic requirement for admission is a high school degree and a minimum cumulative undergraduate grade-point average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale (or an 85% grade average or higher).

　　The essay that is a required part of the SUNY Supplemental Application or the Common Application is acceptable. You may also use the SUNY International Applicant Essay form - form for your essay. You may choose any topic for your autobiographical essay.
